This is a training class designed for Families or Doubles (either spouses, partners or friends) who desire to learn about handgun safety and would like to shoot a firearm for the first time! The First Shots class is a fun training experience designed to educate new shooters about firearms safety!
Each $150 purchase is for TWO adults of 18 years or older, and includes everything you will need for the training session. As an option for single parents, we will allow one child between the ages of 9 and 17 to take the place of the second adult. Additional adults or children may be added to a pair of adults for an additional $75 per person, so long as one adult is the respective parent or legal guardian of each child.

We've got it all - ranges, gun rentals, ammo sales, restrooms, food & drinks! First Shots is a great way to introduce first-time shooters in our community to firearms safety and the various shooting sports. Participants will get a comprehensive introduction to shooting by qualified range operators and instructors that includes (1) general firearm safety, (2) local ownership requirements, (3) shooting fundamentals for handguns, and (4) hands-on instruction. This is a great place to start! Our once-a-month scheduled First Shots class costs $150 for two adults and comes with on-range instruction on basic safety principles, safe handling practices, basic shooting skills for handguns, range time, actual use of firearms, ammunition, targets, and eye & ear protection. Call for reservations, no prepayment required.
As a safety precaution, we reserve the right to deny providing firearms and ammunition to any single, or lone person showing up without a partner.

Classes are limited to 12 shooters per class.
Can't make the scheduled class? No worries! The First Shots class can be scheduled with a private reservation after normal business hours, by appointment only. Both groups and families are welcome to register for larger private sessions!
